The Three Sisters: A Journey of Sisterhood

In the wisdom of the Three Sisters—corn, beans and squash—we find a sacred harmony, each supporting the other in a delicate balance of strength, nourishment and protection. Much like this ancient companionship, the bond between Rach, Nic and I unfolded in a way that revealed the beauty of our unique qualities while also bringing to light the spaces within me that still longed for healing.

Rach (Old Soul ), like the corn, stands tall—offering structure, wisdom and a steady presence. She is the pillar, the one who naturally provides something solid to lean into. Her wisdom runs deep, her knowing quiet yet unwavering. There is a deep understanding of cycles, change and the unspoken truths that exist between words.

Nic, like the bean, weaves her way through the spaces in between—nourishing, connecting and lifting us higher. There’s something effortless about the way she brings energy into a room, how she weaves between people, filling gaps we didn’t even realise existed. Her presence is grounding yet expansive, offering both encouragement and a gentle nudge toward growth.

And then, there is me—the squash, sprawling across the earth, intuitively sensing what needs to be shielded and what needs space to grow. I have always been the protector, the one who creates safety in the unseen ways, the one who ensures that the roots beneath us are nurtured. Yet in doing so, I have also learned to soften—to trust that I, too, can be held by those who stand beside me.

But stepping into this triad was not easy for me.

I have always felt more comfortable in pairs, where intimacy feels secure and known. The dynamic of three was unfamiliar, and at times, intimidating. Watching Nic and Rach move with an ease that came from years of knowing each other stirred something deep within me—insecurities I hadn’t fully acknowledged before. I wondered if I truly belonged, if there was space for me to be seen in the way I longed to be.

Yet, as time unfolded, I began to understand that this discomfort was an invitation—an opportunity to stretch beyond my old narratives, to trust in the magick✨ that exists beyond what feels familiar. Sisterhood is not about choosing between two; it is about weaving something greater together. I was not an outsider looking in—I was an essential thread in a tapestry that was still being woven.

Through them, I have learned that trust is not built in certainty but in the willingness to stay open. That healing happens not just in one on one connections, but in the sacred interplay of many energies intertwining, supporting and mirroring each other’s light.

And so, like the Three Sisters, we continue to grow—each bringing something essential, each offering something the others cannot, each nourishing the space between us in ways seen and unseen.

This is the essence of Sacred Sundays. A space where we come together, not to stand alone in our strength, but to witness, hold and uplift each other. Where we learn that true belonging isn’t about fitting in—it’s about showing up as we are and allowing ourselves to be woven into something far greater.

If you feel the pull to grow, connect and be held in a space of deep authenticity, we welcome you.

Come as you are. Be seen. Be supported. Be part of something sacred.

Big Hugs x
