When Rachel and I connected, it was effortless—like slipping into a familiar rhythm. We met through a mutual friend at a time when I was yearning for a circle of women with whom I could grow authentically. We began hosting women’s circles, but to be quite frank in the beginning, it felt a little clunky. The vision wasn’t quite clear—yet the more we showed up, the more it began to take shape.
Last year, Rach and Nic were navigating their own setbacks, whilst I was moving through the rawness of grief after ending my relationship with my mother—a time when I felt deeply triggered and unsettled. Trusting again felt almost impossible. But when I allowed myself to be fully seen—unfiltered and vulnerable—they didn’t turn away.
“Even the healer needs healing,” Rachel once said and those words have stayed with me. It was a humbling realisation—that no matter how much inner work we’ve done, we all reach moments where we need to be held, to be witnessed, to surrender to the support of others.
Their unwavering presence became a gateway for me to trust again. They didn’t shrink from my emotions or make them too much to hold. Being an Emotional Manifesting Generator in Human Design, this was pivotal to my growth. They held space for me in my fullness—my joys, my grief, my sharp edges—and through their quiet strength, they reminded me that healing isn’t meant to be done alone.
I see Rach and Nic as my big sisters—wise, patient and deeply understanding. For much of my life, I had been that figure for others—the responsible one, the mature one. Yet, within this sisterhood, I found myself in unfamiliar territory. I had to learn how to let go, to lean in and—perhaps most powerfully—to allow myself to be held.
And in the quiet unfolding of our connection, I realised something profound: true sisterhood doesn’t dissolve when things get uncomfortable. Real friendships—especially among women—are not fragile. They are forged in the willingness to stay, to hold each other through the mess, the uncertainty and the ache of becoming🦋.
In numerology, Rachel carries the 36/9 Old Soul energy—a presence that feels like a warm embrace, like being seen without needing to explain yourself. With her, I felt something rare: permission to be a little bratty, to shed the weight of constant composure, and simply be. Her compassion is not just soft—it is strong, a quiet force that calls me to grow, to refine how I express my needs with clarity. She is a woman who has walked this path before me—one who understands the beauty and inevitability of change.
The number 369 holds profound spiritual significance, something that Nikola Tesla often spoke of. He believed that these numbers were the key to unlocking the mysteries of the universe. In numerology, 3 represents creation and self-expression, 6 embodies harmony and unconditional love and 9 signifies completion, wisdom and the cycle of transformation. Together, they form a divine sequence—one that speaks of energetic alignment, manifestation and the unseen forces that shape our reality.
Tesla once said, “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe.” These numbers govern everything from the flow of energy in nature to the spirals of galaxies and even the way consciousness expands.
The 36/9 Life path is a direct reflection of this sacred pattern—it carries an ancient knowing, a deep well of wisdom that understands both the beauty of creation and the necessity of surrender. To walk this path is to embody the cycle of birth, life and rebirth, continually evolving and refining oneself in alignment with universal truth.
And now, we stand at the threshold of Autumn—the season of the Maga—a time of transition, wisdom and release. Just as the trees surrender their leaves, 🍂 this season calls us to let go of what no longer serves us, to soften into our deeper knowing. Rach embodies this energy effortlessly. There is something profoundly anchoring about being in the presence of a woman who is unafraid of change—who trusts the cycles of life and walks alongside others through their own transformations with both tenderness and strength.
Last year, we began our Sacred Sunday workshops and with each gathering, our bond deepened. But it wasn’t just our friendship that grew—it was the foundation of true sisterhood. A space where we don’t turn away when things feel hard. Where there is no shame in the uncomfortable conversations—only a commitment to staying with the truth, however messy it may be.
A space built on respect and a willingness to honour different perspectives. This journey has shown me that my longing to heal my mother wound was never in vain. It simply needed time, nourishment and the right people to witness its unfolding.
I feel deeply fortunate to walk alongside these women—my echoes of love, my sacred mirrors 🪞✨.
And this is what Sacred Sundays are about.
A space where you are invited to explore your relationship with yourself and others—to be met fully and authentically. A place to soften, to unravel, to be held in the beauty of who you are, right now.
When you meet Rachel, you feel at home. There is an elegance about her—a quiet kindness that lingers long after you part ways. She is so beautifully unaware of her own magnificence and it is a privilege to stand in the warmth of her presence. And when she speaks of Human Design, something magickal happens—she lights 💡 up with a radiance that is truly breathtaking to witness.
If you feel the call to walk this path with us—to embrace the season of Maga, of change and of self discovery—Sacred Sundays awaits you.
Come as you are. Be held. Be seen. Be met.
Hugs x
