The therapy was developed by Australian naturopath and homeopath Ian White in the 1980s, flower essences can help to address underlying emotional and spiritual issues that may be impacting physical health.

The essences used in Australian Bush Flower Essence Therapy are made by placing the flowers of native Australian plants in water and then exposing them to sunlight and natural elements. This process captures the energetic imprint of the plant in the water, creating a potent vibrational remedy.
