Inner Light ✨

I remember when I first met Nicola—I felt an immediate curiosity. There was something about the way she held herself, as though she was keeping so much within. It intrigued me. As someone who loves relationships and feels safe in the warmth of connection, I wanted to know her, to understand her world.
But that wasn’t going to happen overnight. Nicola didn’t just let people in. As a 37/10/1 life path, the 7 within her numerology meant trust wouldn’t come easily. The 7 is deeply introspective, requiring time, patience and lived experience before it fully opens. Its journey isn’t just about learning to trust others—it’s about learning to trust itself. Through this process of inner reflection and seeking truth, the 7 begins to recognise its connection to the greater whole, to the Universe itself.
Then there’s the 10/1—double creativity, amplified by the 0—offering immense potential for self expression. But when self doubt lingers, it can cast a shadow, making that expression feel uncertain or insecure. Yet, when trust is cultivated—from within first—its inner light shines ✨ effortlessly, guiding not only itself but those around it.
Nicola is a devoted mother, pouring her creativity into her children, creating for them the security she once craved. Providing this care means ensuring they have the very best life has to offer—from low-tox products to nourishing meals—thoughtfully curated with love and intention. But beyond caring for her family, I’ve seen Nicola step more fully into her own gifts, trusting her intuition in ways she once hesitated to.
Her 7 energy calls her inward, guiding her to seek deeper wisdom and I’ve watched her soften into this knowing—allowing intuition to lead rather than overanalysing every step. Recently, she channelled this trust into creating our Summer Spritz blend, intuitively crafting something that didn’t come from logic alone but from a deep, creative flow (1). Seeing her embrace this alignment between intuition (7), creativity (1) and expression (3) has been beautiful, a true unfolding of the self that was always there, waiting to be seen.
This is exactly what we explore in Sacred Sundays—the balance between inner knowing and outward creation, between surrender and action. Through these gatherings, Nicola has given herself permission to trust her inner voice and with that trust, her creativity has flourished. She is no longer just creating for others; she is creating from within, for herself and that shift has been profound to witness.
When she began our women circles, Nicola found it hard to express herself (3). But as time passed and safety (1 amplified by 0) was built, she began to bloom🌻. The more she tapped into her authentic energy, the more her voice (3) activated. Now, she speaks with a clarity that is both powerful and deeply moving.
Watching Nicola transform🦋 has been such a gift. It’s like witnessing the language of vulnerability in real time, an unspoken permission slip for others to step into their own evolution. In her unfolding, she has allowed me to soften too—to meet my own emotions with more tenderness.
This is why sisterhood is sacred. It is not about becoming something new but remembering who we’ve always been. For Nicola, stepping into herself beyond motherhood—rediscovering her own source of motivation—has unlocked a whole new version of her being.
I am endlessly inspired by her courage (1) and I know the women in our circles feel the same. Her transformation has been magnificent. Every time I see her now, it’s like meeting someone brand new—yet, at the same time, it’s exactly who she was always meant to be. Walking beside her, I feel nothing but excitement for all the new versions of herself she has yet to step into.
You see, authenticity is powerful. Simply showing up as you are can ignite healing—not just within yourself, but in those around you. As you move through the sticky layers of doubt and fear, a new version of you begins to emerge—one that is ready to rise.
It’s a privilege to witness my sister in this unfolding, to see her step into her inner light ✨. Time and time again, Nicola becomes the mirror I need, reflecting the parts of myself I’ve yet to fully 👁️ see. Through her authenticity, I find clarity. She is the mirror 🪞—and in Human Design, this is woven into her very essence, reflected in her profile.
