The Journey
We will begin with Lamisha guiding you through a ceremonial cacao ritual, creating space to slow down, arrive fully and connect with the intention you are bringing into the experience. Cacao gently invites the heart to soften, helping you listen beneath the noise of everyday life and become more present with what is already moving within you.
From this grounded beginning, Jade will guide you into a Rose Frequency Meditation. Working with the sacred symbolism and frequency of the rose, you will be invited to reconnect with the qualities of love, beauty and devotion that already live within you, allowing the heart and body…
