This is a 4hour workshop focused on slowing down, cultivating stillness, connection and learning the tools to navigate through life with our Human Design. 

Starting the day with beautiful share circle, Cacao Ceremony and then moving into creating a immune boosting oil blend to help keep the nasties away this winter, sharing in the experience through storytelling and the wonderful properties shared by Nic. We will then move into a beautiful guided meditation by Mish. 

Then fabulous Rach will delve into Human Design. This month we will be exploring Authority in Human Design, which serves as your inner compass, guiding you toward decisions that align with your authentic self. Whether it's Emotional Authority, Sacral Authority, or another type, understanding and honouring your authority can lead to greater clarity and fulfillment in life.

As for your Personality Sun, it represents the outward expression of your unique essence and energy. Just as the sun radiates warmth and light, your Personality Sun shines through in how you interact with the world and the qualities you embody. Whether you're an energetic Manifestor, a nurturing Projector, a dynamic Generator, or an adaptable Reflector, your Personality Sun illuminates the path to living out your purpose and embracing your true nature in all its brilliance.
