Sacred Sunday - Gathering of Women

For too long women have been programmed to forget their inner knowing that is directly connected to Mother Earth. This is a collaborative experience for women who want to learn and share wisdom in reclaiming their cycles. As women we are cyclic by nature, understanding our own internal rhythms and how our body flows is imperative in learning to listen to the whispers of our intuition.

 

This is a 3hour workshop focused on slowing down, cultivating stillness, connection and learning the tools to navigate through your own design.

 Get ready to explore the nine energy centres that represent different aspects of our being, corresponding to specific traits, emotions and experiences. Each centre holds valuable insights into our energetic configuration and by understanding each of these centres we can gain a deeper self awareness, recognise patterns of behaviour and unlock our potential for personal growth and fulfillment. Learning the energy centres for human design invites us to embark on a journey of self discovery and empowerment, enabling us to unlock our potential, guiding us into alignment with our authentic selves.
