Come along and join us at Creative Roots Sanctuary on

Saturday 17 February 2024,

for  Yoga, Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, Sound Immersion,  Healthy Lunch, Kirtan and Connection. Opening the day with gorgeous Sharon with Yoga, followed by Cacao Ceremony  to open our hearts and better prepare ourselves for the work that needs to be done through the Breath. We will then dive deep, connecting to our breath and spirit. This gentle connected breathing pattern can have massive affects on our bodies and our state of being. Through the breath you will be shown how to move (breathe) energy and shift into more healthy, uplifting behaviours. With the knowledge of Breath we take back the ability to heal from within, without force. We will then all gather to connect and share in a delicious healthy Lunch prepared by Mish and conclude with Kirtan by Armit and Chantelle from ASMY North Brisbane.Through Movement, Breath, Sound, Connection and vibrations of using our voice  we are able to:

  • Reduce chronic stress
  • Relieve tension
  • Reset the nervous system
  • Increase energy
  • Boost our immune system
  • Improve mood, sleep, self-esteem and a whole lot more.


10am-11am Yin Yoga

11am-12noon Cacao, Breathwork and Sound Immersion

12pm-1pm Food and Connection

1pm-2pm Kirtan

  • If you are pregnant or have any health concerns please let us know.
  • It is not advised to eat 2-3hrs  before this practice as food activates our digestion and signals our bodies to sleep. If it is too long without food, try eating a light meal. 
  • Please avoid stimulants such as coffee and cigarettes.
  • This is a drug and alcohol free event.
  • This practice is designed to access and shift energy and emotions and thus requires the breather to remain conscious and aware of these shifts as they occur.
  • These shifts in energy or emotions can be very confronting if never experienced, but our facilitators are well trained in holding a safe space for you to explore, experience and move through these sensations.

What to bring

  • Wear Comfy Clothes
  • Yoga mat 
  • Light Blanket 
  • Water bottle
  • Journal
  • Eye mask / pillow (optional)

Event will run for approx 4hours, we look forward to seeing you all.  

** Not all shifts will happen immediately. Some emotions and deeper feelings can take up to a few days to come to the surface and be felt. It is important to know how to sit through these if they arise. We pride ourselves in our after-care and extend our services post event to provide support for your integration.
