Community Wellness Day - Creative Roots Kobble Creek

Come along and join us at Creative Roots our sanctuary in beautiful Kobble Creek on

Saturday 27 April 2024,

for  Yin Yoga, Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, Sound Immersion,  Embodied Voice Activation, Nourishing Lunch and Connection. Opening the day with gorgeous Monique Sidoti, followed by Cacao Ceremony  to open our hearts and better prepare ourselves for the work that needs to be done through the Breath. We will then dive deep, connecting to our breath and spirit. This gentle connected breathing pattern can have massive affects on our bodies and our state of being. Through the breath you will be shown how to move (breathe) energy and shift into more healthy, uplifting behaviours. With the knowledge of Breath we take back the ability to heal from within, without force.
