Come along and join us at Creative Roots Sanctuary on

Saturday 16 March 2024,

for  Pilates Movement Practice, Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, Sound Immersion,  Ice Bath, Nourishing Lunch and Connection. Opening the day with gorgeous Ericka from Metta Physiotherapy who will be ushering in the Autumn dedicating the practice on the Metal Element, followed by Cacao Ceremony  to open our hearts and better prepare ourselves for the work that needs to be done through the Breath. We will then dive deep, connecting to our breath and spirit. This gentle connected breathing pattern can have massive affects on our bodies and our state of being. Through the breath you will be shown how to move (breathe) energy and shift into more healthy, uplifting behaviours. With the knowledge of Breath we take back the ability to heal from within, without force. Will then immerse ourselves with the power cold therapy (Ice Bath) with Sam.…
