Community Wellness Day - Creative Roots 2nd Birthday

Come along and join us at Creative Roots our Sanctuary located in Kobble Creek 

Sunday 25th August for our 2nd Birthday,

for  Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, Sound Immersion,   Nourishing Food, Hula Hooping, Storytelling and Connection. Opening the day with Mish who will be sharing in some moments of Creative Roots Journey, we will usher in this expanding Community Hub with a Cacao Ceremony. Then be guided by Mat + Mish for Breathwork with Mat's magick of sound immersion intertwined. This gentle connected breathing pattern can have massive affects on our bodies and our state of being. Through the breath you will be shown how to move (breathe) energy and shift into more healthy, uplifting behaviours. With the knowledge of Breath we take back the ability to heal from within, without force.

After Breathwork, we will gather for Nourishing Food.
