This special collaboration with Mish Smith, Ana Wahab and Mat Smith has been thoughtfully created to help you slow down, reconnect and reset both body and mind.
Our afternoon will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony guided by Mish Smith. Cacao has been used traditionally for centuries as a gentle plant medicine to encourage presence, connection and inner awareness. Through intention setting and mindful sipping, you will be invited to soften, ground and arrive fully into the space.
