Join us for a nourishing evening of heart-opening connection and embodied movement.
Mish will guide us into the heart space with a sacred Cacao Ceremony, inviting us to soften, connect and open to the medicine of cacao.
From this place of presence, Sam will lead us into an Ecstatic Dance x Contact Improv journey—an exploration of freedom, rhythm and embodiment. Together, we’ll move beyond the mind and into the wisdom of the body.
