Join us for a nourishing evening of heart-opening connection and embodied movement.
Mish will guide us into the heart space with a sacred Cacao Ceremony, inviting us to soften, connect and open to the medicine of cacao.
From this place of presence, Mat will lead us into an Ecstatic Dance journey—an exploration of freedom, rhythm and embodiment. Together, we’ll move beyond the mind and into the wisdom of the body.
